How you can help and support Cancer Support France Nord

There are many ways in which you can help us support those affected by cancer living in France.

Come along to our events - we organise events throughout the region on a regular basis, or perhaps you have ideas of your own and would like to run a fundraising  event for us
Have a look at our events page to see our next events.

Become a volunteer - If you are interested in becoming a volunteer please get in touch. Below are deatils of the roles we currently have available. We provide full training. Volunteering can be very rewarding.

Active Listener

An Active Listener is the key person in a support situation and has the day to day responsibility of supporting an assigned client on the telephone, face to face or by email according to the client’s wishes. We are looking for volunteers who are understanding, patient, empathetic and good at listening

Day Centre Assistant

Volunteers helping at the Day Centre will be required to make tea, coffee, drinks and serve lunch as required. Listening and talking to visitors to promote Cancer Support France.
